Up in the mountains, there is still plenty of snow.

Many of the fields are blown open and early migrants take advantage of the grass.
Trumpeter Swans and Canada Geese stop to rest.
House Finches have returned from wherever they spent the winter.
That goes for the Dark-eyed Junco too.

Snow in Livingston is all gone but it is probably not the last of it.
Coming to the end of our first winter in the north and it went pretty fast.
Looking forward to Spring migration.
